Makayla's Big Day

Our granddaughter is graduating kindergarten. I remember her just being a toddler & the next time you turn around she is graduating kindergarten. Where does the time go??? She is a joy to be around. Makayla likes to read books, color & write. I see the future now her being a reporter.
maybe??? I love her so much. Here's looking to a bright future for her.

To a brand new beginning

As a wife, mother & grandmother you would think my plate was full wrong, my daughter Melissa told us she would be moving out on June, 15Th 2008 with her boyfriend Alex, you would think I would be used to it since Brandyn & Ashley has already left. I miss my Baby's (adults) the minute they left home. I was filling really depressed & empty inside only in a few more years
Angie would also be gone. Anyone who knows me knows how much I love children.
Dave called me at work and said he he was shock when his boss retire and that he was ask if he would like to fill the position as District Rep., he said yes. I am so proud of him. He has always been a godsend to me in my time of need. Now as District Rep he will be able to help others in there time of need. What a great feeling. As his wife I will be by his side helping anyway I can.
Since that Thursday we have been on the go whether its to go buy new clothes or out to dinners or a political function we our together. Don't get me wrong I still have my day job as a new acct's
rep and will always be their for our children & grandchildren, but there will a new place we can go together. To a brand new beginning. Here our a few pictures of Dave as District Rep & friends.

Spring Time in Las Vegas

Today I was thinking about my blog and decided to show off our flowers at home. Nevada is known for our deserts & mountains. I wonder if many people know if greenery & flowers exist
here in Las Vegas not just the hotels & neon lights, so I went just outside our home & took these pictures.
